The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris has a mineral acidity backbone and an off dry finish that gives the wine a delicious structure and refreshing style.

Summer in a glass, dry Provençal style - crushed berries over alpine flower & citrus sorbet. Made from 100% Central Otago Pinot Noir fruit, lightly pressed to extract just enough colour to deliver the provencal-esque pale pink. Fermented dry to allow the delicate Pinot red fruit characters and cool climate minerality to hop across your palate.

The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

Fresh and crisp on the palate with a dry finish. The aromas & palate are full of exotic fruits, strawberry and cheery with a hint of spice. The mouth is full and the fruit is persistent and salivating. Serve chilled.

A lovely cool climate Chardonnay with vivid stonefruit characters leading the way and subtle oak in a supporting role. The plump, fruity, textural palate is nicely weighted and underpinned with savoury and mineral notes that draw out to a crisply fresh finish.

Our Saving Grace Riesling vines are planted on the terraces known as 'G block', aside the Waipara River. Persistent air flow wards off disease pressure and allows the fruit to 'hang out' to achieve phenolic ripeness. Ripe lemon, orange blossom and hints of wet stone minerality on the nose. Juicy and weightless, this Riesling is a striking balance of sweet fruit and crunchy acidity.

Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

The palate is full and generous, sweet tropical fruits combine with characteristic pinot gris texture creating mouth filling length. Pinot gris is delicious sipped solo or enjoyed with seared or grilled fish and simple oven-roasted chicken.
